Lace Me Up

Lace Me Up

I absolutely love this dress, its a perfect eye catching, figure flattering, must have dress. From the amazing Maniere De Voir  this dress is available in white and nude and lucky enough for us girls who like a midi dress it now comes in that style too in black and khaki. It can easily be dressed up simply add a pair of single strap heels and basic clutch bag and that is all you really need to create a serious chic look. If like me you prefer a more casual and chilled style to fit around this dress, team with a pair of all black Dr. Martens, although at first the contrast of black and white does look quite harsh. Just balance it all out and add a black bag or like me my chain city bag from Zara. Styling my fave Jacket at the moment this amazing distressed long denim jacket, the frayed edges and rips go well with the white dress. I personally haven't accessorized at all other then a bag as the dress is so amazing on its own, you only want the attention on the dress and nothing else.

Denim Overloaddddd

Denim Overloaddddd

I've been a little obsessed with denim recently and Missguided has brought out the most unreal pieces of denim, from jeans, dresses, skirts and jackets. From a mixture of in your face patterns, styles and designs, Missguided has created it all. Wearing attention grabbing camouflage extreme ripped jeans, with basic t-shirts and showing off waistband underwear for a a more bad ass vibe. Doubling up denim in a more classy and fun way, patches have been a big must have in fashion wearing them on jackets and trousers, adding patches onto more distressed and ripped denim. A funky but daring look, finding another ripped pair of mom jeans and wearing the two together with a simple pair of heels.

A more punk and grunge look, styling the Marilyn Monroe slogan tee with this bleached out ripped denim pencil skirt, throwing it back to the 90's, accessorising with a chunky statement velvet choker. To finish it off add a leather jacket over the shoulders and you've got yourself a killer outfit. Finally still rocking the same rock t-shirt, this time wearing this seasons hottest accessory some fishnet tights, this time I have gone for the large style, again un-zipping these fierce, head turning statement jeans and folding them over showing off more of the fishnet unique look. Pair some black ankle sock boots and tie the t-shirt into a cropped knot, creating the most envious outfit, channeling your inner rock chick.

I have always been a fan of Motel Rocks, with their individual looks and envious, killer styles. For this outfit I have worn one of their best sellers, the Sweetheart neckline cheetah Lanti Bodice, animal print making its way back into fashion. This body is so comfy and looks great on, dress it up or down, like me worn with some high waisted Joni jeans from Topshop, leather jacket and some beaut mesh perspex ankle boots from Simmi. These boots come in a few different colours I would 100% recommend them, not only do they look beaut they are probably the comfiest heels I own. To finish of this outfit I have added a chunky velvet choker, tassel earrings and my chain city bag from Zara. To dress this outfit up you could add a leather mini skirt and a pair of simple strap heels.

Barely There

Barely There

The weirder you look can sometimes get a bigger and better response! Ripped jeans have been in fashion for a long time now, whether it's a little rip in the knees or to the extreme with massive holes in each leg. When it comes to wearing jeans there are a wide range of different colours, patterns, lengths and styles.  Simple skinny jeans with rips in the knee are very trendy, wear with a bodysuit, contrasting biker jacket and some boots and it will make your outfit look edgy and cool. If like me you have your own sense of fashion and style, sometimes the most unusual outfits are most appealing to you. Having your own style means you've got to be daring, think outside the box and not worry about who does and doesn't like your outfit. A little OTT is what some of our celebs prefer at the moment including Gigi Hadid, Kim Kardashian and Beyonce, wearing very ripped and frayed jeans.

I am also a fan of the extreme ripped effect, wearing barely there baggy fit jeans from Missguided, but you could find similar jeans across many high street stores including, Topshop, MissEmpire and Boohoo. I decided to add my own twist onto a key piece, adding some fishnet tights underneath for a more statement style, wearing the tights high above the jean waistline showing a layering effect. I've added a basic, black jersey bralet and a simple white cropped t-shirt on top, making the bottom half stand out even more! With a must have pair of hi top Van trainers or even a pair of converses to complete the 'extreme' look!

So yes I may have worn nightwear out, but funny enough I still got quite a few compliments on my dress! Wearing this super soft, slip dress with a lace trim from yes, the nightwear section on ASOS, you'll be surprised at all the nightwear pieces you could get away with wearing on a night out! This dress fits like a glove, hugs you in all the right places, it would look amazingggg with a pair of lace up heels or over the knee boots on a sophisticated night out. Accessorizing with a chunky velvet choker, for a more statement look and a pair of hoop earrings. I wasn't going anywhere special, for this outfit so, to make it more chilled I added my fave long denim jacket from Zara and paired my Dr. Martens and a cute little black backpack.
