Lace Me Up
I absolutely love this dress, its a perfect eye catching, figure flattering, must have dress. From the amazing Maniere De Voir this dress is available in white and nude and lucky enough for us girls who like a midi dress it now comes in that style too in black and khaki. It can easily be dressed up simply add a pair of single strap heels and basic clutch bag and that is all you really need to create a serious chic look. If like me you prefer a more casual and chilled style to fit around this dress, team with a pair of all black Dr. Martens, although at first the contrast of black and white does look quite harsh. Just balance it all out and add a black bag or like me my chain city bag from Zara. Styling my fave Jacket at the moment this amazing distressed long denim jacket, the frayed edges and rips go well with the white dress. I personally haven't accessorized at all other then a bag as the dress is so amazing on its own, you only want the attention on the dress and nothing else.
Do You Wanna Funk
Leather and denim is never a good mix when the suns out and it is as humid as hell outside! But I guess as long as your outfit looks cool, you'll deal with slowly melting. Wearing my new favourite long denim jacket from Zara which was only £39.99 bargain!! For a while now I have loved the idea of denim blue and black together, so I decided to take risk and styled my black leather zip up skirt from the amazing Manieredevoir. I carried out the black style with my harness, lace bralet from ASOS and of course my black Dr. Martens. Finally accessorizing with a simple thin velvet choker, a silver chain, my chain city bag from Zara and a pair of QUAY Sungalsses bought from Topshop.
Marathon day
So it was the first time I actually managed to go up to London for marathon day, normally I'm working! Even though the sun wasn't out all day and it was a little on the cold side, the atmosphere is so worth it, as well as seeing a lot of familiar faces and catching up with friends. I wore my leather and suede lace up leggings from Maniere Devoir with my photographic t-shirt which was from MissGuided. It's quite old now so unfortunately they don't stock it anymore, but in the link below I have found another slogan tee which will look just as good with this outfit. Fun with fur, to finish of my look I added my black and white trim, faux fur coat from H&M last year and a cute chunky velvet choker from @lovemedochokers on Instagram.
