Thank you to Alex Kate who sent me out these amazing handmade unique swimwear pieces!! Her designs and patterns are incredible! The sizing and fit of these are just right, with the high rise leg design it gives a more 80's style swimwear collection and the fabrics used are lovely too!! DeleteShe scammed me too. And ive heard the same from lots of other people. I ordered my items and they never came. I first waited 5 weeks before messaging her, to which she eventually replied after a number of messages just saying 'can take up to 8 weeks'. I then continued to wait and didn't receive anything. I emailed her numerous times asking if they'd even been sent. She ignored all my emails and messages (must have been about 15 in total) Meanwhile i knew she was on social media as she was posting new stock!
DeleteI then emailed saying if you don't reply im going to take this further to which i got the response 'I have resent and the first ones didnt arrive' - 1. She never told me she had even sent them, 2. She had ignored me for weeks. She then said they have be resent tracked. When asking for the tracking number she again started ignoring me. I have never received the items still to this day. Luckily i was able to get the £70 refunded from the bank. She is EXTREMELY unprofessional and doesn't bother to even reply to customer issues, and when she does she is very rude and dismissive and has scammed me out of £70. DO NOT BUY FROM HER
